November Update - There is no way around the UI
Hey and hello everyone
It's that time again ... it's Sunday. So what happened the week.
I continued to tinker with the combat system of the Mini RPG project and now have a rough plan on how to implement it. There is a lot to do to make it the way I want it to be.
On the one hand, a system is now needed to display the various cards (I explained the idea last week) and to provide them with abilities. These abilities must then be available on the combat screen and triggered somehow.
Since the user interface does not support this yet, I will take care of it first. In addition, the cards have to be equipped somewhere. So there is no way around expanding the user interface first.
I have already laid the first foundation for this today, I still have no idea how I can operate the whole thing with the controller ... but step by step.
So much for the MiniRPG. Today I dusted my Twitch account and I want to see if I can manage one or the other stream in addition to the blog. Of course, also on the subject of game dev and everything related to it.
